Please create a user account as follows:

1. Usernames should be lowercase letters (john rather than John)
2. Two-parent family usernames should use the first names of both parents:
   • jack-and-jill
   • dave-and-don
   • jane-and-janice
3. Single-parent family usernames should use the first name and the last initial:
   • lisa-a
   • lawrence-b
4. FYI: Usernames cannot be changed after they are created
5. The email address can be any address you like and can be replaced later
6. Passwords should include special characters and generally be hard to guess
