I’m someone who loves deeply, laughs easily, and finds joy in the little things — a good playlist, food simmering on the stove, or a peaceful beach walk. Growing up with an incredible father and step‑mom shaped so much of who I am. My step‑mom, who chose to love me wholeheartedly, showed me what unconditional love truly looks like. Her example is the foundation for the kind of mother I hope to be: steady, nurturing, patient, and full of heart.

Books and documentaries are my favorite way to unwind — usually a true‑crime mystery or a love story with a twist — and travel fuels my curiosity about life and people. I’m always dreaming up the next adventure that Mike and I will take together. I’m also a huge sports fan and actually the one who got Mike into sports, which is something we bond over now.

Time with my girlfriends, sharing meals, dreaming about the future, and laughing until it hurts is what fills my cup. Our dogs bring me joy every day – our favorite activities together are training (which includes lots of treats), walks around the neighborhood, and of course cuddling on the couch.

Lisa earned a Bachelor’s Degree from San Jose University. She is the co‑owner of an event  company, where she gets to be creative, build community, and design meaningful experiences for others, while also having a flexible schedule.
