Meet Noam & Miles

Hi! We’re Noam and Miles. We’ve been married 15 years and can’t wait to be dads! We’re so excited to share our love and the amazing life we have built with a child. We look forward to inspiring their sense of wonder & creativity, creating new traditions with them, and lovingly supporting them in becoming the person they aspire to be. Our home is a child's dream on a tree-lined street, next to parks and nature reserves in the hills of Berkeley, CA!

Happy Places

We love to travel! We've swam with dolphins and sharks, seen the Northern Lights, and floated in the Dead Sea.

Hometowns

Noam grew up in the Israeli countryside. Miles was born in the midwest and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Dog Lovers

Poppy and Foxy are our world-traveling pups. They love meeting new people – especially children!

Foodies

Our grandmothers taught us to cook! Noam from his Libyan grandmother; Miles from his Southern grandmother.

About Miles, by Noam

When I first met Miles, I immediately knew I wanted to spend my life with him. His authenticity and kindness, his genuine curiosity and love of adventure have made our life together so amazing. Miles believes in living life to the fullest and loves being on a journey of continuous learning. I can totally see him doing yoga with our kids, teaching them how to meditate, reading them books, and getting messy with them for arts and crafts. He has a great eye for design and has created such a loving and warm home for us. I can’t wait to see him laughing and playing in it with our children.

About Noam, by Miles

Noam is incredible and I can’t imagine a better partner to raise children with. He is thoughtful and caring, while also being strong and determined. He is fiercely loyal and I often admire how far he will go to help a friend. He is the one that people call when they want to talk. Noam grew up in a big Jewish-Israeli family surrounded by laughter, warmth, and joy. He learned the importance of unconditional love, acceptance, and appreciation of others. He loves to cook and our friends are always amazed at the creative new recipes he creates. I know his relentless optimism and patience will make him such a loving and nurturing father.

Our Home

We live on a beautiful tree-lined street that overlooks a nature reserve and park. Your child will grow up seeing deer, hawks, bunnies, and raccoons right outside our front door and on the nearby trails. We have lots of space and love to host friends and family – indoors or outside on the roof deck. Our home may be our retreat, but we live near some of the best schools in the San Francisco Bay Area. We’re minutes from all the good food, music, festivals, and fairs that the area has to offer.

Our Village

There is a global village of grandparents, uncles, aunties, friends and cousins, waiting to support and love a child. Our child’s grandmothers are both former elementary school teachers who can’t wait to read our favorite stories to a little one and sing them the songs we grew up with.
